Pursuant to a notice posted on February 23, 2017, the House Committee on Economic & Small Business Development met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Button, at 8:03 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Button; Vo; Bailes; Deshotel; Hinojosa, Gina; Leach; Metcalf; and Ortega.

A quorum was present.

The chair named the following members to the Subcommittee on Small Business Development: Representative Metcalf, Chair; Representatives Vo; Bailes; Leach; and Ortega.

At 9:30 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
