Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 16, 2017, the House Committee on Economic & Small Business Development met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Button, at 12:04 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Button; Bailes; Leach; Metcalf; and Ortega.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out SB 400.

 

The chair recognized Representative Springer to explain SB 400.

The chair recognized Representative Springer to close on SB 400.

 

SB 400 was left pending without objection.

 

At 12:24 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
