Pursuant to a notice posted on February 22, 2017, and permission granted on February 27, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Elections met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Laubenberg, at 3:36 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Laubenberg; Israel; Anderson, Rodney; Fallon; Reynolds; and Swanson.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

 

The chair made an opening statement and welcomed those in attendance. 

 

The committee heard invited testimony from agencies under its purview.

 

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 4:21 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
