Pursuant to a notice posted on February 22, 2017, and permission granted on February 27, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby, at 3:24 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Darby; Anderson, Charles "Doc"; Bonnen, Greg; Canales; Guerra; King, Phil; Lambert; and Schubert.

 

A quorum was present.
