Pursuant to a notice posted on March 2, 2017, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 8:09 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Pickett; Thompson, Ed; Dale; Landgraf; Reynolds; and Rodriguez, Eddie.

A quorum was present.

(Representative Kacal now present.)

The Committee heard invited testimony from TCEQ and other guests regarding issues in the committee including TERP, LIRAP, tires, and emissions.

At 9:59 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
