Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 15, 2017, and permission granted on March 15, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 1:28 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Pickett; Thompson, Ed; Cyrier; Dale; Kacal; Lozano; Reynolds; and Rodriguez, Eddie.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 402 as pending business.

 

Representative Thompson, Ed moved that HB 402, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Pickett; Thompson, Ed; Cyrier; Dale; Kacal; Lozano; Reynolds; Rodriguez, Eddie (8).

 

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        Representative Landgraf (1).

 

At 1:30 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
