Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 23, 2017, and permission granted on March 23, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 11:17 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Pickett; Thompson, Ed; Cyrier; Dale; Kacal; Landgraf; Lozano; Reynolds; and Rodriguez, Eddie.

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 1515 as pending business.

Representative Lozano moved that HB 1515, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Representative Kacal moved that HB 1619, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
