Pursuant to a notice posted on August 2, 2017, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 9:51 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Pickett; Thompson, Ed; Cyrier; Kacal; and Reynolds.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HCR 28.

 

The chair explained HCR 28.

 

Representative Kacal moved that HCR 28, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Pickett; Thompson, Ed; Cyrier; Kacal; Lozano; Reynolds (6).

 

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

Representative Reynolds moved that HCR 29, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
