Pursuant to a notice posted on February 23, 2017, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on March 2, 2017, and permission granted on March 2, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on General Investigating & Ethics met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, Sarah, at 12:32 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Davis, Sarah; Moody; Capriglione; Nevárez; Price; Shine; and Turner, Chris.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

 

The Committee heard invited testimony.

 

Testimony taken/registration recorded. (See attached witness list)

 

At 3:12 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
