Pursuant to a notice posted on May 17, 2017, the House Committee on General Investigating & Ethics met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, Sarah, at 2:07 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Davis, Sarah; Capriglione; Nevárez; Price; Shine; and Turner.

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The chair explained SB 63.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
