Pursuant to a notice posted on March 12, 2018, revised on March 23, 2018, the House Committee on General Investigating & Ethics met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, Sarah, at 9:10 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Davis, Sarah; Capriglione; Price; and Turner.
