Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 7, 2017, and permission granted on March 7, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Human Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Raymond, at 11:37 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Raymond; Frank; Keough; Miller; Minjarez; Swanson; and Wu.

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 132 as pending business.

Representative Keough moved that HB 132, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
