Pursuant to a notice posted on March 15, 2017, revised on March 17, 2017, and permission granted on March 20, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Raymond, at 8:33 a.m.
