Pursuant to a notice posted on July 13, 2018, revised on August 28, 2018, the House Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Raymond, at 8:45 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Raymond; Frank; Klick; Miller; and Rose.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The committee heard testimony from witnesses on Interim Charge 2 – A study of Medicaid Managed Care in Texas.

At 12:06 p.m., on the motion of Representative Raymond and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
