Pursuant to a notice posted on February 16, 2017, the House Committee on Insurance met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Phillips, at 9:00 a.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Phillips; Muņoz, Jr.; Gooden; Oliverson; Paul; Turner, Chris; and Vo.
A quorum was present.
