Pursuant to a notice posted on March 2, 2017, the House Committee on Insurance met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Phillips, at 8:01 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Phillips; Anderson, Rodney; Gooden; Oliverson; Paul; Sanford; Turner; and Vo.
