Pursuant to a notice posted on April 27, 2017, revised on April 27, 2017 and April 28, 2017, and permission granted on May 2, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smithee, at 6:48 p.m.
