Pursuant to a notice posted on March 31, 2017, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 3, 2017, the House Committee on Juvenile Justice & Family Issues met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Dutton, at 1:07 p.m.
