Pursuant to a notice posted on March 22, 2017, revised on March 22, 2017, and permission granted on March 27, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kuempel, at 3:03 p.m.
