The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Herrero; Bell; Bailes; Blanco; Krause; and Stucky.

A quorum was present.

At 5:41 p.m., on the motion of Representative Herrero and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
