Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on August 4, 2017, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Herrero, at 12:38 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Herrero; Bell; Bailes; Faircloth; Krause; and Stucky.

The chair laid out SB 6, companion to HB 6.


The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
