Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on August 4, 2017, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Herrero, at 12:38 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Herrero; Bell; Bailes; Faircloth; Krause; and Stucky.

The chair laid out SB 6, companion to HB 6.

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Krause moved that SB 6, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
