Pursuant to a notice posted on April 11, 2018, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Herrero, at 9:16 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Herrero; Bell; Bailes; Blanco; Faircloth; and Stucky.

 

A quorum was present.

 

The Chair delivered opening remarks and opened up public discussion for the posted agenda.

The Chair brought up the posted item: General Land Office coastal issues and programs.
