Pursuant to a notice posted on March 24, 2017, revised on March 24, 2017, and permission granted on March 29, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Natural Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Larson, at 12:04 p.m.
