Pursuant to a notice posted on April 26, 2017, and permission granted on May 1, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Pensions met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Flynn, at 6:22 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Flynn; Alonzo; Anchia; Hefner; Paul; and Rodriguez, Justin.

A quorum was present.
