Pursuant to a notice posted on May 17, 2017, the House Committee on Pensions met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Flynn, at 1:34 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Flynn; Alonzo; Hefner; Huberty; Paul; and Rodriguez, Justin.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out SB 1665 as pending business.

 

Representative Alonzo moved that SB 1665, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
