Pursuant to a notice posted on July 21, 2017, revised on July 24, 2017, and permission granted on July 25, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Public Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Huberty, at 8:06 a.m.
