Pursuant to a notice posted on May 4, 2017, revised on May 4, 2017, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 5, 2017 and on May 6, 2017, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Price, at 8:02 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Price; Sheffield; Arévalo; Burkett; Coleman; Guerra; Klick; Oliverson; and Zedler.
