Pursuant to a notice posted on May 25, 2017, the House Committee on Homeland Security & Public Safety met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Phil, at 2:40 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King, Phil; Hinojosa, Gina; Holland; and Wray.

A few of the members of the committee gathered for an end of session social in the Chairman’s office. A quorum was not present.

At 3:30 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
