Pursuant to a notice posted on July 3, 2018, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Frullo, at 12:52 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Frullo; Faircloth; Fallon; Gervin-Hawkins; Krause; and Martinez, "Mando".

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

This hearing was moved to room E2.014 due to technical difficulties and signs were posted on the hearing room doors notifying attendees.

 

The committee met to consider the previously posted agenda.
