Pursuant to a notice posted on March 24, 2017, revised on March 24, 2017, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on March 29, 2017, and permission granted on March 29, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on State Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Cook, at 11:59 a.m.
