Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 20, 2017, and permission granted on April 20, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on State & Federal Power & Responsibility, Select met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby, at 3:09 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Darby; Murr; Anchia; Gonzales, Larry; King, Ken; Paddie; and Turner.

The chair laid out HCR 82 as pending business.

 

Representative King, Ken moved that HCR 82, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
