Pursuant to a notice posted on February 24, 2017, the House Committee on Transportation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Morrison, Geanie W., at 8:02 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Morrison, Geanie W.; Martinez, "Mando"; Burkett; Goldman; Israel; Minjarez; Phillips; Pickett; Simmons; Thompson, Ed; and Wray.

A quorum was present.

The Committee met for organizational purposes, and to hear invited testimony.

At 9:38 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
