Pursuant to a notice posted on May 16, 2017, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Alvarado, at 7:30 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Alvarado; Leach; Bernal; Elkins; Isaac; Johnson, Jarvis; and Zedler.

A quorum was present.

The Urban Affairs Committee ate dinner.

At 9:43 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
