Pursuant to a notice posted on July 24, 2017, and permission granted on July 25, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Alvarado, at 10:50 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Alvarado; Leach; Johnson, Jarvis; and Zedler.
