Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.10 and 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on Administration was held on Tuesday, April 18, 2017, in the E1. 714.

The chair called the meeting to order at 8:01 AM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

The chair laid out the list of bills recommended for placement on the Local and Uncontested Calendar to be held on April 19, 2017 at 11:00 AM or upon recess.

Senator Burton moved that the list of bills be recommended for placement on the Local and Uncontested Calendar to be held on April 19, 2017 at 11:00 AM or upon recess. Without objection, it was so ordered.

There being no further business, at 8:09 AM Senator Zaffirini moved that the Committee stands in recess subject to the call of the Chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
