Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.10 and 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Water & Rural Affairs was held on Friday, May 19, 2017, in the Capitol Extension, Room E1.028, at Austin, Texas.

Upon a motion made by Senator Rodriguez to suspend all necessary Senate posting rules, including 11.10, 11.13, and 11.18, the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Water & Rural Affairs reconvened the meeting at his desk immediately upon adjournment to take up pending business.
At 6:50 PM Senator Rodríguez reconvened the meeting.
