The chair called the meeting to order at 8:03 AM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
The following members arrived after the roll was called: Senator Judith Zaffirini, Senator Konni Burton, Senator Kelly Hancock, Senator Borris Miles, and Senator Kel Seliger.
The chair laid out SB 1105 and recognized the author, Senator Hinojosa, to explain the bill.
