Pursuant to SCR 11, 85^th Legislature, a public hearing of the Joint Committee on State Water Implementation Fund for Texas Advisory was held on Tuesday, October 30, 2018, in the Capitol Extension, Room E1.012, at Austin, Texas.

Co-chair Senator Charles Perry called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

The State Water Implementation Fund for Texas (SWIFT) Advisory Committee advises the Texas Water Development Board on the administration of SWIFT funds.  The committee will review the overall operation, function, and structure of the fund at least semi-annually and advises the board on any water related matter.

Witnesses providing invited testimony are shown on the attached list.

There being no further business, at 1:25 PM Senator Perry moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
