The Subcommittee on Article II will hear public testimony regarding House budget recommendations on the following:

· Health and Human Services Commission

· Special Provisions - Article II

· Office of Inspector General

· Texas Civil Commitment Office

· Department of Family and Protective Services

· Department of State Health Services

Public testimony will be limited to 3 minutes. If submitting written testimony, please provide 15 copies with your name on each copy.
