The Subcommittee on Articles I, IV, and V will hear testimony regarding House budget recommendations for the following:

· Court of Criminal Appeals

· 14 Courts of Appeals

· Office of Court Administration, Texas Judicial Council

· Texas Indigent Defense Commission

· Judiciary Section, Comptroller's Department

· Office of Capital and Forensic Writs

· Office of the State Prosecuting Attorney

· State Law Library

· State Commission on Judicial Conduct

· Special Provisions - Judiciary

Public testimony will be taken and may be limited to two minutes.

Agenda items not considered during this hearing may be carried over to a future schedule.
