Relating to good conduct time earned by certain inmates and the consideration of release on parole for those inmates.

HB 1505        Allen                   
Relating to conditions of community supervision prohibiting contact with certain persons.

HB 1504        Allen                   
Relating to conditions of community supervision applicable to supervision officer meetings and visits.

HB 1550        Frank                   
Relating to requiring the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to reimburse counties for certain costs for confining a person pending a transfer to the department.

     The Committee may also hear invited testimony on issues within the Committee's purview, and may consider pending business.

     Witnesses providing testimony should limit their remarks to three (3) minutes.  Witnesses may provide written materials for use by the Committee in accordance with the Texas House Rules, in which case the witness should provide ten (10) copies of the materials to the Committee Clerk prior to the hearing if at all possible.

     House Video / Audio services will provide video and audio coverage of the hearing in accord with customary House of Representatives practice and procedure.
