The Senate Committee on Intergovernmental Relations will meet to consider the following:

SB 744        Kolkhorst | et al.     
Relating to a tree planting credit to offset tree mitigation fees imposed by a municipality.

SB 884        Whitmire | et al.      
Relating to the authority of certain counties to use county revenue or incur debt to improve or redevelop certain sports facilities.

SB 937        Zaffirini              
Relating to county law libraries.

The Committee will also meet to consider pending business.

For members of the public who wish to provide written testimony, please submit twenty (20) copies, with your name on each copy, to the Committee during the hearing.  Copies will be distributed to Committee Members and will be part of our public record.
