The Senate Committee on Intergovernmental Relations will meet to consider the following:

Relating to general obligation bonds issued by political subdivisions.

SB 461        Lucio
Relating to the notice required before the issuance of certain debt obligations by political subdivisions.

SB 1229       Menéndez
Relating to solid waste services for rental property and solid waste management programs in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of municipalities in certain counties; authorizing penalties.

SB 1434       Zaffirini
Relating to compensation of county auditors and assistant auditors.

SB 1544       Kolkhorst
Relating to financial reporting requirements of regional planning commissions.

For members of the public who wish to provide written testimony, please submit twenty (20) copies, with your name on each copy, to the Committee during the hearing.  Copies will be distributed to Committee Members and will be part of our public record.
