The Senate Committee on Intergovernmental Relations will meet to consider the following:

Relating to county authority to regulate fireworks.

Relating to the creation of the Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 158; granting a limited power of eminent domain; providing authority to issue bonds; providing authority to impose assessments, fees, and taxes.

SB 1673       Lucio                  
Relating to natural disaster housing recovery.

SB 1727       Birdwell
Relating to the procedure for an election to adopt a sales and use tax or to change the tax rate in an emergency services district.

SB 1931       West                   
Relating to community land trusts.

SB 2117       Seliger                
Relating to the creation and operations of a health care provider participation program by the City of Amarillo Hospital District.

SB 2244       West                   
Relating to the creation of the University Hills Municipal Management District; providing authority to issue bonds; providing authority to impose assessments or fees.

SB 2260       Kolkhorst              
Relating to the powers and duties of the Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 130; providing authority to issue bonds; providing authority to impose a tax.

SB 2261       Kolkhorst              
Relating to the powers and duties of the Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 50; providing authority to issue bonds; providing authority to impose a tax.
