The Senate Committee on Intergovernmental Relations will meet to consider the following:

SB 904        Birdwell
Relating to the creation of the Cresson Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Hood County; granting a limited power of eminent domain; providing authority to issue bonds; providing authority to impose assessments, fees, and taxes.

SB 905        Birdwell
Relating to the creation of the Cresson Crossroads Municipal Utility District No. 2; granting a limited power of eminent domain; providing authority to issue bonds; providing authority to impose assessments, fees, and taxes.

SB 2276       Creighton
Relating to the creation of Lakewood Improvement District of Harris County; providing authority to issue bonds; providing authority to impose assessments, fees, or taxes.

SB 2286       Creighton
Relating to the powers, duties, and governance of the Westwood Magnolia Parkway Improvement District; authorizing assessments.

SB 2287       Creighton
Relating to the powers and duties of the Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 525.

HB 1709       Gooden | et al.         SP: Hall
Relating to procedures for the dissolution of the Bois D'Arc Island Levee Improvement District of Dallas and Kaufman Counties.

The Committee may also consider pending business.
