The Senate Committee on Intergovernmental Relations will meet to consider the following:

SB 324        Buckingham
Relating to the authority of the Travis County Municipal Utility District No. 3 to enter into certain agreements relating to the ad valorem taxation of certain property located in the district.

SB 2280       Buckingham
Relating to the name of the Burnet County Municipal Utility District No. 1.

HB 2788       White                   SP: Nichols
Relating to the appointment of emergency services commissioners in certain districts located in more than one county.

HB 2995       Ashby                   SP: Nichols
Relating to the creation and operations of health care provider participation programs in certain counties.

The Committee may also consider pending business.
