The Senate Committee on Intergovernmental Relations will meet to consider the following:

Relating to the creation of Montgomery County Improvement District No. 1; providing authority to issue bonds; providing authority to impose assessments, fees, or taxes.

Relating to county regulation of roadside vendors and solicitors.

HB 1512       Isaac                   SP: Watson
Relating to the maximum loan amount made to persons under the owner-builder loan program.

HB 1815       Reynolds | et al.       SP: Miles
Relating to the power of counties to enact park use rules.

HB 2064       Anderson, Rodney | et al.    SP: Huffines
Relating to quorum and voting requirements for the transaction of business by the board of the Irving Flood Control District Section III of Dallas County.

HB 2504       Hernandez | et al.      SP: Garcia
Relating to the compensation provided to the governing body of certain special districts.

HB 4279       King, Tracy O.          SP: Uresti
Relating to expansion of the territory of the Frio Hospital District and to the election of the board of directors of the district.

The Committee may also consider pending business.
