The Texas Low-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Compact Facility Legislative Oversight Committee will meet on September 6th, 2018 at 9:00 AM in E1.012 to consider and make recommendations relevant to costs, fees, and any other matters the committee determines are relevant to the compact facility and its oversight.

Public testimony will be limited to 3 minutes per person. If submitting

written testimony, please provide 15 copies to the committee clerk with

your name on each copy.
