Amend CSHB 1 as follows:

(1)  On page VII-32 of the Texas Workforce Commission's bill pattern, reduce general revenue in Strategy A.3.1, Skill Development, by $1,105,878 in fiscal year 2020 and $1,105,878 in fiscal year 2021.

(2)  On page III-84 of The University of Texas of the Permian Basin bill pattern, increase general revenue in Strategy C.4.1, Institutional Enhancement, by $1,105,878 in fiscal year 2020 and $1,105,878 in fiscal year 2021.
