System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.
Amend CSHB 1 as follows:
(1) On page I-38 of the Texas Facilities Commission bill pattern, reduce appropriations for Strategy B.2.1, Facilities Operation, by $3,600,000 in economic stabilization funds in fiscal year 2020.
(2) On page I-40 of the Texas Facilities Commission bill pattern, in the "Rider 3. Capital Budget", under "b. Repair or Rehabilitation of Buildings and Facilities" decrease the amount for "(3) Lyndon B. Johnson Building Renovation" by $3,600,000 in economic stabilization funds in fiscal year 2020.
(3) On page VI-49 of the Soil and Water Conservation Board bill pattern, increase appropriations for Strategy A.2.2, Flood Control Dam Construction, by $3,600,000 in economic stabilization funds in fiscal year 2020.
